At Exchange Life, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your apparel within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects your returned fashion pieces, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
